Training (includes Board)
We have a beautiful, fully secure, private facility tucked back in the countryside of Piqua, Ohio. We allow for no more than 12 training horses at a time to ensure proper time is allotted to each horse each training day. Our stalls are fully matted, cleaned daily, have automatic waterers, and are 12X14 in size. We feed premium alfalfa/grass hay as much as they will eat, and are sponsored (and therefore feed) Buckeye Grain. We have a large indoor arena and extra large sand outdoor arena, several grass show safe pasture turn outs, and the facility is heated and well insulated!
Cost
Full Training (including Board) $1,200 per month
Yearling Training (including Board) $950 per month
*Partial Training (including Board) $1,050 per month
BEMER Therapy (additional/optional) $20 per session
Full Training - this includes training the horse no less than 5, up to 6 days per week. Number of days each week is determined by trainer based on horses performance and physical ability of the horse at the time.
Yearling Training - this includes ground training, desensitizing, and every day hands on handling to ensure a ready-to-go coming two year old at the end of the year.
*Partial Training - this is training the horse no less than 3 times per week. This is only allowed to horses that have been in Full Training, for no less than 60 days, and are approved by trainer.
BEMER Therapy - device is the V3 BEMER Blanket and Cuffs, using PEMF technology and the BEMER signal, we use our BEMER to help prolong the effects of joint injections, to prevent future, additional injections, and to help alleviate sore muscles from training and travel/showing. When horses are feeling their best, they try their best and this helps the training process progress much quicker and helps encourage them to enjoy their jobs. We offer a monthly package for $200 per month, allows up to 20 sessions and resets monthly, that can be paid on the 1st with training or the 15th of each month.
All Training costs are due on the first of each month. Upon arrival, the first month will be prorated to the end of the month at a rate of $40 per day starting day of move in. The following months are to be paid in full on the first and before the 3rd of each month.
BEMER Therapy can be billed in individual sessions or in a monthly package. Monthly packages can be paid on the 1st or 15th of each month. Individual sessions will be recorded and billed every 1st and 15th of each month.
